INVESTOR AND PUBLIC RELATIONS 6th Annual General Meeting The Manager convened the 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Al-`Aqar Healthcare REIT on 19 April 2018 to seek the unitholders’ approval amongst others, for the following resolutions: • Proposed To Allot And Issue New Units • Proposed Increase In The Existing Approved Fund Size At the Annual General Meeting, the Chairman presented the progress and performance of the business and encouraged Unitholders to participate in the question-and-answer session. Accessibility of Information The accessibility for retail investors to the management of the Manager may not be easily available in comparison to institutions investors. We recognise the growing sophistication of retail investors leading to higher expectation of higher accessibility of information from this group of stakeholder.
