TRUSTEE’S REPORT To the Unit Holders of AL-‘AQAR HEALTHCARE REIT We, AMANAHRAYA TRUSTEES BERHAD , have acted as Trustee of AL-`AQAR HEALTHCARE REIT for the financial year ended 31 December 2018. In our opinion, DAMANSARA REIT MANAGERS SDN BERHAD , the Manager, has managed AL-`AQAR HEALTHCARE REIT in accordance with the limitations imposed on the investment powers of the management company and the Trustee under the Deed, other provisions of the Deed, the applicable Guidelines on Real Estate Investment Trusts, the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 and other applicable laws during the financial year ended then ended.
