The Board wishes to announce that following the resignation of Datuk Mohd Jimmy Wong bin Abdullah as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, he ceased to be a member of the Integrity and Whistleblowing Board Committee ("IWBC") with effect from 7 September 2026. The new composition of IWBC is as follows:

The composition of the IWBC will be reviewed by the Board and the vacancy will be filled in due course.
