The Board of Directors of HeiTech Padu Berhad ("Board") wished to announce that the Company had on 17th March 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with SUSE LLC, to promote Open Source initiative and SUSE Cloud Native Containerization technologies across various industries, including government, banking and financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, energy, and education & research. The Company will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting SUSE's innovative technologies.
