The Board of Directors of HeiTech Padu Berhad ("the Board") wishes to announce that the Board has on 26 November 2025, approved the appointment of Messrs SBY Partners PLT as the new external auditors of HeiTech and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 31 December 2025, following the resignation of the previous auditors.

The appointment of Messrs SBY Partners PLT ("SBY") was made pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of the former auditors.

SBY has consented to act as the external auditors of HeiTech and its subsidiaries, and the appointment is effective from 26 November 2025.

The appointment was made after careful consideration by the Board, taking into account SBY’s experience, professional independence, and suitability to serve as the external auditors of HeiTech and its group of companies.
