The notice to the entitled shareholders of Wasco, which includes a hyperlink to the electronic copy of the Prospectus and the hardcopy of the Blue Application Form in relation to the restricted offering of 15,500,000 new ordinary shares in Greenergy in conjunction with the Listing, has been despatched by ordinary post on 20 November 2025 to shareholders whose names appeared in Wasco Berhad’s Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 17 November 2025 (being the entitlement date), at their registered addresses in Malaysia.
