Reference is made to the announcements dated 20 June 2025 and 30 June 2025 in relation to the Proposed Listing.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Wasco, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Securities Commission Malaysia ("SC") had, vide its letter dated 25 September 2025, approved the Proposed Listing under Section 214(1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007, subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the attachment enclosed.

The SC had also, vide the same letter, approved the Proposed Listing under the Bumiputera equity requirement for public listed companies, subject to Greenergy allocating shares equivalent to 12.5% of its enlarged number of issued shares upon listing to Bumiputera investors to be approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia. In addition, Greenergy is to make available at least 50% of the shares offered to the Malaysian public investors via balloting to Bumiputera public investors.
