On behalf of the Board of Directors of Damansara REIT Managers Sdn Berhad, the manager of Al-`Aqar, KAF Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Al Aqar Australia Pty Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Al-`Aqar (represented by AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad (acting solely in its capacity as a trustee for and on behalf of Al-`Aqar)), had on 12 December 2023 entered into a land sale contract with Principal Healthcare Finance Pty Ltd, as trustee for the Principal Healthcare Finance Trust and DPG Services Pty Ltd to dispose of the lands and buildings of Jeta Gardens Aged Care Facility for a cash consideration of AUD24.4 million (equivalent to approximately RM74.9 million) (“Proposed Disposal”).
