We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 14 April 2023  in respect of the Offer of Options under Share Issuance Scheme. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of SMTrack wishes to announce that the Employees of the Company would like to surrender the balance of 37,186,675 unexercised esos allocated to them on 14 April 2023.
