We refer to the announcement dated 17 November 2022 and the circular to the Unitholders dated 21 November 2022 in relation to, among others, the Amendments.

On behalf of the Board, KAF IB wishes to announce that the SC had, vide its letter dated 22 February 2023, registered the Second Restated Deed on 22 February 2023. The Second Restated Deed therefore became effective on 22 February 2023. The registered Second Restated Deed will be lodged with the SC accordingly.
