The Board of Directors of Sentral REIT Management Sdn Bhd (“SRM” or “the Company”), being the manager of SENTRAL REIT (“SENTRAL”) wishes to announce that SENTRAL had today appointed Semasa Parking Sdn Bhd (“SPSB”) as the car park operator for the following buildings:
- Menara Shell for a period of three (3) years commencing from 22 December 2022 to 21 December 2025; and
- Platinum Sentral for a period of three (3) years commencing from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2025
(collectively known as “the Transactions”).
