DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN APPLICABLE TO THE PROPOSED FINAL DIVIDEND OF 1.7 SEN PER ORDINARY SHARE IN THE COMPANY IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020 (PROPOSED FINAL DIVIDEND) (DRP)

We refer to the announcement by MYEG dated 3 March 2021 in relation to the Proposed Final Dividend.

On behalf of the Company, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the DRP will be applied to the entire portion of the Proposed Final Dividend and it is conditional upon the approval of the shareholders of MYEG at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting of the Company of the following matters:

(i) the Proposed Final Dividend; and

(ii) the proposed renewal of authority for the Board of Directors of MYEG (“Board”) to allot and issue new MYEG shares in relation to the DRP.

The entitlement and payment dates for the Proposed Final Dividend (including the DRP) will be determined by the Board at a later date.
