The Board of Directors of Damansara REIT Managers Sdn Berhad (“DRMSB” or the “Manager”), the management company of Al-`Aqar Healthcare REIT (Al-‘Aqar REIT), wishes to announce that Al-‘Aqar REIT intends to seek its unitholders' approval for the Proposal at its forthcoming 8th Annual General Meeting.

The Circular on the Proposal will be issued to the unitholders of Al-‘Aqar REIT in due course.
