Section 5.1.1 of the Independent Advice Letter - 2nd paragraph (Page 32)
(a) The lease expiry as stated in the 2nd paragraph should be read as follows:-
“As at 31 December 2018 and based on Al-`Aqar;s portfolio of twenty two (22) properties of lease expiry ranging from year 2021 to year 2110, we have computed Al-`Aqar’s WALE to be at 14.40 years as tabulated in the table below”
(b) The remaining lease years from 31 December 2018 of Jeta Gardens (Item 22), column 5 of the table should be read as follows:-
