PROPOSED SELECTIVE CAPITAL REDUCTION AND REPAYMENT EXERCISE PURSUANT TO SECTION 116 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2016 ("PROPOSED SCR")
 
We refer to the announcements dated 25 September 2019 and 11 October 2019 (“Announcements”) in relation to the Proposed SCR. The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements unless otherwise stated. 

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the application in relation to the Proposed SCR has been submitted to the Securities Commission Malaysia pursuant to Paragraph 2(a) of Schedule 3 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions.
