Reference is made to the announcements dated 20 February 2019 and 19 March 2019 in relation to the Proposed Amendments (“Earlier Announcements”) and the Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) dated 21 March 2019 (“Notice”) and circular to unitholders dated 21 March 2019 (“Circular”).  Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have same meaning as those previously defined in the Earlier Announcements, Notice and Circular.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of DRMSB (“Board”), AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that DRMSB has today resolved to withdraw the resolution in respect of the Proposed Revision in Management Fee (“Special Resolution 4”) from being tabled for the unitholders’ approval at the Seventh (7th) AGM (“Proposed Withdrawal”) after taking into consideration the feedbacks from some of the unitholders of Al-`Aqar.
