The Board of Directors of OCK wishes to announce that OCKSE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and IRAT have entered into a Joint Venture Agreement on 26 September 2017 to regularise their respective rights, duties and obligations and mutual covenants as shareholders of Irat Civil Works Sdn Bhd ("ICW").
