Board Commitment The Directors are aware of the time commitment expected from them to attend matters of the Group in general, including attending Board and Board Committees meetings. The Board meets on a quarterly basis, with additional meetings being convened when necessary to address issues deemed urgent. The Board met on five (5) occasions during the financial year and the details of attendance at Board Meetings held during the financial year are set out below. Training The Board encourages Directors to continuously upgrade their knowledge and expertise, whether through the training programme provided in house or external trainers.
