He has extensive working experience in engineering related fields. Prior to the incorporation of TFIS, he worked in various organisations as engineer and consulting specialist in rotating equipment and turbomachinery engineering and technical services. He is the Managing Director of TFIS and is responsible to oversee the overall operations of TFIS, engineering and technical services and directs various engineering and technical consultancy services at joint-service and consultancy companies. He has no family relationship with any other Directors or major shareholders of the Company. He has not been convicted of any offences within the past five years. He has no conflict of interest with the Company. None of the Directors and members of Key Senior Management hold any other directorship in any public company and/ or listed issuer in Malaysia. Tsai Yu Min holds a Degree in Chemical Engineering from Taiwan Taichung Feng Chia University. He has extensive working experience in sales and marketing and general management and has been working with AGTC, a subsidiary of FCB, since 2000. Before his appointment as General Manager in 2013, he was the sales manager, responsible for formulation of sales and marketing strategies for AGTC.
