Mr Chia was appointed as Deputy Managing Director of the Company on 29 March 2021 and was subsequently redesignated to Executive Director on 14 September 2022. Mr Chia has ventured into a broad range of engineering and software realms throughout his 18 years of career development. His extensive experience in design and development covers system, application, board and chip. Mr Chia works alongside the executive team of the most established Identity Document and Solutions Company of this region. He specialises in security and identity technology and is responsible for leading the R&D department on design and development of solutions related to identity management, border control, deep learning, biometric technologies, etc. He does not hold any directorship in other public companies and listed companies.
