Datasonic Group Berhad 84 Directors’ Report The directors hereby submit their report and the audited financial statements of the Group and of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2022. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES The Company is principally engaged in the businesses of investment holding and provision of management services to its subsidiaries. The principal activities of the subsidiaries are set out in Note 7 to the financial statements. There have been no significant changes in the nature of these activities during the financial year. This dividend has not been reflected in the financial statements for the current financial year but it will be accounted for in shareholders’ equity as an appropriation of retained profits for the financial year ending 31 March 2023. The Directors do not recommend the payment of any final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2022.
