DIVIDENDS (CONT’D) In respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2022, the Directors had on 31 May 2022 declared a fourth interim single tier tax-exempt dividend of 0.25 sen per share, the Entitlement Date will be determined and announced in due course. This dividend has not been reflected in the financial statements for the current financial year but it will be accounted for in shareholders’ equity as an appropriation of retained profits for the financial year ending 31 March 2023. The Directors do not recommend the payment of any final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2022. 33.
