MSM Malaysia Holdings Berhad announced that its shareholders have approved the disposal of the entire equity interest in MSM Perlis Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MSM to FGV Integrated Farming Holdings Sdn Bhd (FGVIF).
